1. We act as a general contractor. If your house needs repairs or a deep clean, we will act as a general contractor and reach out to the right people to solve these problems. 

2. We offer staging consultations. We take this up a notch by offering free staging when the home is vacant. Staging adds so much value that we pay for it ourselves.

3. We offer free make-ready cleaning. We work with a crew who knows how to get your home ready for sale and make it attractive to buyers.

4. We offer temporary housing. We have two different properties that are offered at client-friendly discounted rates if you need temporary housing at any point during the home-selling process. You can view them here and here.

5. We offer relocation services. We will connect you to our sphere of influence and contact our Realtor partners around the country to help you have a smooth relocation.
